Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Nursery Room Leader in Leeds to drive daily room operations, ensure outstanding care and developmental opportunities for children, and support a skilled team.

You will lead by example, mentor colleagues and uphold safeguarding, while delivering a warm, engaging environment where children feel safe and inspired to learn.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
• Experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children

The Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
