Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for a trusted UK childcare client. You will oversee the daily running of your room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are met.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and EYFS.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

The Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained.

You’ll lead by example, support and mentor colleagues, and create a nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and inspired to reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
