Job summary

Flow Recruitment are assisting a delighted nursery in Liverpool to find a dedicated Nursery Room Leader. You will manage the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development for every child.

You will mentor colleagues, lead by example and help create a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn. A passion for delivering outstanding early years experiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Early Years setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication and organisation skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of your allocated room.
• Mentor colleagues and maintain high standards of care, learning and development.
