Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to inspire and lead a dedicated team in a warmly supportive nursery environment.

You will oversee daily room operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional care, learning and development while safeguarding children’s welfare.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development.
• Lead by example, support and mentor colleagues.

The Role

What We\'re Looking For

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)

Experience working within an Early Years setting

Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS

A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences

Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
