Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Nursery Room Leader to help run the day‑to‑day of your allocated room in a nursery where children thrive, learning and play are encouraged, and staff are valued.

You will require NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent), Early Years experience, strong EYFS knowledge, and proven leadership and safeguarding commitment. The role offers genuine career progression, ongoing training, pension, childcare discount, and supportive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in your allocated room and maintain high standards of care and learning.
• Support and mentor colleagues to create a nurturing environment.
• Ensure safeguarding policies are followed and children are kept safe.
• Collaborate with senior staff to plan and monitor learning activities.
• Engage with parents to share progress and development.

The Role

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
