About the Setting

This unique, open-plan nursery is built around the principles of child-led learning. With an open-flow approach, children are encouraged to explore freely between rooms and discover the world around them through curiosity and play. Whether it's splashing in water trays, scaling the climbing frame, or getting creative with finger paints, no two days are ever the same.

The nursery prides itself on creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child's interests are nurtured and their confidence is allowed to flourish. They are looking for a practitioner who can roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and become a valued part of this passionate team from day one.

  • SEND experience is a bonus, but a genuine interest in inclusive practice is just as important
