About our Nursery

Busy Bees Dorking Chichester Road, rated Good by Ofsted, is a small nursery with a capacity of 44 children, known for its strong team bond that ensures each child receives the best start in life. We work closely with Busy Bees Westcott Road, fostering collaboration and shared resources. • Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
