Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (CACHE Level 2 & 3)

Locations: Greenwich, Lewisham, Southwark, and Lambeth (SE/SW London)

Hours: Part-Time & Full-Time Roles Available

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Nursery Practitioners with CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications to join our team across a range of nurseries in Greenwich, Lewisham, Southwark, and Lambeth.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning, development, and well-being of children in line with the EYFS framework. You will work closely with children, families, and colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children\'s learning and development.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children.
• Observe, assess, and record children\'s progress in line with EYFS requirements.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of childcare and education.
• Safeguard the welfare of all children, following safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Support the nursery team in day-to-day operations including mealtimes, nappy changing, and outdoor play.

Requirements

• CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
• A genuine passion for childcare, creativity, and supporting children\'s development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
