An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a respected and well-established nursery in Birkenhead.

Your Role

As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with experienced staff to create an engaging and nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering age‑appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Monitoring and recording children's development and progress
  • Establishing positive relationships with children and their families
  • Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
  • Providing emotional support and comfort when required
  • Collaborating with the team to foster a vibrant learning space
Key Requirements
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred)
  • Sound understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for fostering early childhood development
Working Hours

Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We value work‑life balance and provide a supportive working environment.
