TeacherActive Ltd in Huddersfield is seeking a Nursery Practitioner for flexible supply work across private day nurseries. You will support children's learning through engaging activities, play and daily routines, with opportunities for longer placements and permanent roles.

The role requires at least 6 months' UK experience and a Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (desirable). You will join a supportive team and have flexible hours to fit your availability.

private day nurseries across Huddersfield. We are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to provide flexible cover across different nursery settings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for day-to-day supply work, with the flexibility to choose the days that suit your availability. There may also be opportunities for longer-term placements and permanent positions within the nurseries.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities, creative play and daily routines. You will work alongside experienced nursery teams to create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for children.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children in the UK
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (desirable)
• Previous experience working in a nursery, childcare or Early Years setting
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• The confidence to use their own initiative and adapt to different nursery environments
• A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
