Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience working with children in the UK.
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (desirable).
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Ability to use initiative and adapt to different nursery environments.
• Caring, reliable and enthusiastic with teamwork skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for day-to-day supply work, with the flexibility to choose the days that suit your availability. There may also be opportunities for longer-term placements and permanent positions within the nurseries.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities, creative play and daily routines. You will work alongside experienced nursery teams to create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for children.

The successful Early Years Practitioner will have:

• A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children in the UK
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (desirable)
• Previous experience working in a nursery, childcare or Early Years setting
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• The confidence to use their own initiative and adapt to different nursery environments
• A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
