Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £12-£14 per hour Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Chelmsford Revive Education is recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery setting in Chelmsford for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This is an urgent requirement with interviews available asap.

The Role

This home‑from‑home nursery is based in a house and offers a warm, nurturing environment for children. Alongside the main nursery, they also have a dedicated outdoor learning setting and an after‑school club. They are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is genuinely passionate about childcare and wants to build a long‑term role within the setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Create a caring, engaging and safe environment
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Take part in observations, planning and daily routines
• Be open to learning and embracing the nursery’s way of working

Hours & Benefits

• Hours/Shifts: 35 hours per week, ranging from 07:30‑18:30 weekdays
• Salary: £12‑£14 per hour
• Holiday Allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays, increases with continuous service
• Perks/Benefits: CPD training, Pediatric training paid for, staff functions, pension scheme, uniform provided

Setting Specifics

• Number of children on roll: 70
• Number of rooms in the setting: 3
• Team Culture: Small team, all get along very well, work extremely well together
• CPD & Progression Opportunities: Yearly training on Citation, Pediatric first aid training every 3 years, other relevant training dependent on job role
