Job summary

Willing Recruitment is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant nursery committed to learning through play. You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS, plan engaging activities, and build strong relationships with children and families.

Role entails observing progress, using bright indoor/outdoor spaces effectively, and promoting confidence, independence, and essential life skills in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in an early years setting.
• Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Warm, caring and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development through play.

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

£28,000–£32,000 per year | 42.5 Hours per Week

Designed with children in mind, the nursery features bright, open-plan rooms, dedicated spaces for each age group, and a fantastic soft play area that encourages active learning and physical development. Outside, the stunning garden offers an exciting space packed with equipment, play areas, and plenty of room for children to explore, helping them develop a love of the outdoors throughout the year.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll join a supportive team that's passionate about creating inspiring experiences and giving every child the very best start in life.

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
