Job summary

Willingcare is recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for an outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery that offers a Forest School environment and a nurturing, child-centred approach.

Join a calm, well-supported setting where children learn through play and exploration, with a strong emphasis on wellbeing and independence across indoor and outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
  • Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
  • Plan and participate in engaging activities based on children's interests and developmental needs.
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity.
  • Support outdoor learning experiences, including Forest School activities.
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times.

We're recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join an exceptional Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery that has created an environment specifically designed to support children at every stage of their development.

Children benefit from calm, nurturing learning spaces that promote wellbeing and independence, alongside free-flow access throughout the day that allows them to move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor learning environments. What We're Looking For
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
