Job summary

Willing Recruitment is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for an enriching early years setting in the UK. You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework, supporting children's curiosity, creativity, and learning through play.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent), previous early years experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their potential.

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

£14.50 per hour | Level 3 | Up to 40 Hours per Week

This service is looking for a caring and enthusiasticLevel 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a nurturing early years setting where children are encouraged to become confident learners. Built around an enriched Early Years curriculum, the nursery provides exceptional childcare and education, supporting every child to develop through curiosity, creativity, and play.

Designed to feel like a true home away from home, the nursery features calm, beautiful, and thoughtfully organised learning environments that encourage exploration and independence. Each classroom has been carefully created to meet the developmental needs of its age group, while inspiring children to learn at their own pace.

Children also enjoy access to outstanding indoor and outdoor learning spaces, including a dedicated soft play room, an inspiring art and discovery area, a welcoming library, and outdoor environments that promote exploration, imagination, and hands-on learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
