Job summary

Willing Recruitment is looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner for an Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery in the UK. The role offers £27,000–£33,000 per year, full-time, all year round, with a warm environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

You will deliver high-quality care in line with EYFS, plan engaging activities, observe progress, and collaborate with families. Level 2 or 3 EY qualification and safeguarding knowledge are required; excellent communication and teamwork are

This Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery has been thoughtfully designed to provide exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a warm, inspiring environment.

As a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll become part of a passionate and supportive team that's committed to delivering outstanding early years experiences while helping every child feel happy, valued, and ready to thrive.

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.

Your Role
