Willing Recruitment is seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 to join our welcoming team in Redditch, UK. You will work with an experienced staff to provide a nurturing environment where children learn through their interests and experiences, following the EYFS framework.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification, nursery experience, strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to observe and plan next steps for development.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Ability to observe children's progress and use this to shape future learning opportunities.
• A creative and adaptable approach to Early Years practice.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A warm, nurturing and enthusiastic approach to working with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt learning environments based on children's emerging interests.
• Deliver engaging experiences in line with the EYFS.
• Encourage children to explore, experiment, create and develop their own ideas.
• Support children's confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing.
• Act as a Key Person, building secure relationships with children and positive partnerships with families.
• Observe and assess children's development and identify meaningful next steps.
• Support children's individual routines and care needs.
• Contribute your own ideas to activities, resources and the development of the learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain consistently high standards.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety remain central to everyday practice.

Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

£28,800 per year | 40 Hours per Week | All Year Round

This welcoming nursery benefits from a longstanding and experienced team who have created an exciting, nurturing and fun environment where children are encouraged to learn through experiences that reflect who they are and what interests them.

The nursery's spacious rooms and dedicated outdoor areas are mindfully curated and continually evolving, with resources and activities adapted around the changing interests, ideas and developmental needs of the children.

We're looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who enjoys getting involved, following children's curiosity and creating meaningful learning opportunities throughout the day.
