Job summary

Willingcare is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our Good Ofsted-rated nursery in Ware. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and a competitive salary of £28,900 per annum, with a nurturing, child-centred environment dedicated to high-quality early years education.

You'll work as part of an experienced team, delivering EYFS-aligned care and learning, building strong relationships with children and families, and supporting development and safeguarding within a welcoming

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

What We're Looking For
