Job summary

Willingcare is recruiting a Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner for a vibrant Wantage-based nursery that prioritises an outstanding outdoor learning environment. The role is full-time, all year round, with a competitive salary up to £28,000 and generous benefits.

You will deliver warm, high-quality care in your designated room, plan EYFS activities, observe development and share progress with families, and contribute to a nurturing team culture.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, high-quality care and EYFS education in your room.

Combined with excellent indoor facilities and a warm, homely atmosphere where safety and happiness come first, this is a setting that practitioners and children alike love being part of. They are now looking for a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
• Making full use of the nursery's specially designed outdoor space to enrich children's daily learning experiences
• Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
• Observing and documenting children's development, sharing progress meaningfully with familiesBuilding secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's warm, homely culture
