Job summary

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
  • Experience in a nursery or early years setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
  • Plan and participate in engaging activities reflecting children's interests and needs.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Make full use of indoor and outdoor learning spaces to enrich experiences.
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times.

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to £29,000

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

Designed to feel warm, nurturing, and homely, the nursery offers carefully planned learning environments tailored to each stage of a child's development. Age-specific rooms provide children with engaging opportunities to learn through play, while inviting outdoor spaces encourage exploration, physical development, creativity, and imaginative play.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early years professional who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences and helping children develop the confidence and skills they need to thrive.

What We're Looking For
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare
