Tradewind is a leading education recruitment agency in the Blackpool and Fylde Coast area. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Nurses to join our growing team. We partner with a variety of nurseries and early years settings across Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, Fleetwood, and the surrounding Fylde Coast, offering you a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience and make a real difference to young children's lives.

About the Role

As an Agency Nursery Nurse with Tradewind, you will enjoy the flexibility of choosing when and where you work across the Fylde Coast. You will have the opportunity to:

• Work in a variety of stimulating and supportive nursery environments in Blackpool and surrounding towns.
• Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of engaging activities.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.
• Gain valuable experience and enhance your professional development across a diverse range of settings.

Key Details

• Hourly Pay: £13.88 - £14 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications).
• Contract Type: Temporary, term-time only.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

We are looking for Nursery Nurses who

• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Have experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Are enthusiastic, proactive, and able to use their own initiative.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Are willing to travel to different nursery locations across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast.
