An educational institution in Hull is seeking a committed Nursery Nurse to support the teaching and care of children. This fixed-term position requires a relevant level 3 qualification, good literacy and numeracy skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. The role involves 20 hours of work per week, with additional hours for training. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive environment, dedicated to ensuring every child receives the attention they need to flourish.
We are looking for an individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children to join the team at North Cave C of E Primary School as a Nursery Nurse, who will play a vital role in supporting and assisting the teaching and care of children within the school.
This position is Fixed Term until 31 December 2026.
Working hours: 20 hours per week between 08:30am to 15:40pm Wednesday to Friday, during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 20 hours per year, which enables you to attend team meetings and training and development outside of your normal working hours.
Salary: £12,067 per annum, paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so you continue to receive the same payment that month even during the summer holidays.
We are looking for an individual who is committed to ensuring every individual child receives the care, support and guidance they need to thrive and be the best they can be. The successful applicant will have good literacy and numeracy skills, a relevant level 3 qualification and the ability to work collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.
