Head of Room

The BCoT Nursery

Salary: from 28,724.32 to 29,264.86 per annum (Salary is depending on qualifications and experience)

FTE: 40 hours per week 52 weeks per year

Closing date: 14/12/2025

Interview will take place on: 16th, 17th and 18th December

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Head of room to join our Nursery rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted.

The nursery requires reliable flexible dedicated staff to support our permanent team across the age range of 3 months to school age as and when required. This role plays a vital part in giving our children the best possible start in life. You will work in close partnership with children and parents to enable you to provide a stimulating play environment which encourages children to learn and develop through their play.
