A prestigious university in the UK seeks a Nursery Administrator to manage invoicing, support communication with parents, and maintain records in an efficient manner. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that administrative tasks follow university policies. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work as needed.

We aim to support students and staff of Durham University with parental responsibilities, in order that they can achieve their goals at study or at work. Please note that we also welcome non Durham University staff/students.
The Nursery Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that administration and finance activities are completed accurately, in accordance with University policies and procedures and that complete and up-to-date records are maintained.
The Nursery Administrator will provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective administration service to the Nursery ensuring that agreed operating procedures, templates and checklists are adhered to and, where appropriate, improved.
Working pattern is Monday to Friday 9am‑5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
The post requires an Enhanced DBS check.
There will be occasional evenings and weekend work for staff meetings or training if required.
