Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to lead a warm, nurturing environment and drive high-quality outcomes for children. You will oversee planning, EYFS delivery, and partnerships with families to ensure excellent care.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in childcare and experience managing a nursery team, with First Aid and safeguarding knowledge, aiming for professional development and stable career progression.

Qualificações

Key Requirements

Candidates should possess a childcare and education qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3, along with previous experience managing a room or team within a nursery setting. While a formal management qualification is desirable, it is not essential. A current First Aid qualification, a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures are required.
