Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. is recruiting for a nursery leadership role to support EYFS implementation and team supervision. You will oversee planning, record-keeping, and partnership building with parents and carers within a high-quality nursery setting.

The role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding, EYFS, and a First Aid qualification, with experience managing a room or team in a nursery. A proactive, collaborative approach is essential for success.

Qualifications and experience

Candidates should possess a childcare and education qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3, along with previous experience managing a room or team within a nursery setting. While a formal management qualification is desirable, it is not essential. A current First Aid qualification, a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures are required.
