Qualifications

• childcare and education qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3, along with previous experience managing a room or team within a nursery setting.
• A current First Aid qualification, a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures are required.
• While a formal management qualification is desirable, it is not essential.
