Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to provide strong leadership and continuity in a high-quality nursery setting. You will oversee EYFS delivery, guide planning and record-keeping, and strengthen partnerships with parents and carers to ensure excellent outcomes for children.

Ideally you will hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with prior room or team management experience, a current First Aid certificate, and solid EYFS and safeguarding knowledge to support a welcoming,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the EYFS.

• Stay updated with childcare and education policy developments.
• Assist with nursery accounts.
• Prepare for staff and parent meetings.

Key Requirements

Candidates should possess a childcare and education qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3, along with previous experience managing a room or team within a nursery setting. While a formal management qualification is desirable, it is not essential. A current First Aid qualification, a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures are required.
