Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to lead a nursery team, oversee EYFS activities, and strengthen partnerships with families and professionals.

You will implement EYFS, manage planning and records, and contribute to safeguarding procedures while supporting staff development and parent engagement.

Qualifications

• Childcare and education qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3.
• Experience managing a room or team within a nursery.
• First Aid qualification.
• Understanding EYFS and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the EYFS in the nursery.
• Oversee planning and record-keeping for activities and child progress.
• Promote strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with local authorities and other agencies.
