Are you a newly qualified solicitor with a passion for high-value residential property work?

My client, a highly regarded, award-winning commercial firm in North West London, is seeking an NQ Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding Property Department.

This boutique commercial practice punches well above its weight, delivering high-value work through a small but exceptionally efficient team. The firm is known for its technical excellence, pragmatic advice, and genuine client care — attracting an impressive client base that includes family offices, HNW individuals, SMEs, and lenders.

The Team and Work

The Property Department handles a broad range of residential and commercial real estate matters, with a particular focus on high-value transactions across London and the South East. Typical work includes sales and purchases of prime and investment properties, refinance transactions, portfolio acquisitions, and bespoke conveyancing for private clients and investors.

You will be joining a collegiate, expert team that works closely with the firm’s wider commercial and finance practices, providing an integrated and commercially astute service.

The Role

As an NQ Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:

• Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions under supervision
• Work on high-value freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and refinances
• Liaise directly with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure a seamless transaction process
• Gain exposure to complex property matters and the wider commercial aspects of real estate work
• Contribute to the team’s continued growth and reputation for excellence
