Job summary

KLA, a global leader in semiconductor solutions, is seeking an NPI Engineer – Product Support to drive service readiness for new products across Etch, PVD, CVD and Release Etch portfolios. You will work with engineering, manufacturing and global service teams to ensure seamless deployment and support across PLC stages.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Systems/Electrical/Mechanical or NPI/Process Engineer role.
• Strong analytic and data analysis skills.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop a service strategy for new products across PLC.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and global service teams.
• Create Product Support Plans, SRR, DFS and COS models.
• Deliver product service education using training and knowledge capture tools.
