Job summary

KLA Corporation’s SPTS division is expanding its Newport, UK facility. The role focuses on sustaining and NPI support for surface/metrology systems, improving service infrastructure, and enabling scalable field execution. You will travel (<25%), communicate with global teams, and work to enhance PSPs and product support.

You will collaborate with engineering on product updates and drive improvements to service processes, training, and knowledge systems. This is an equal opportunity role within a leading semiconductor group.

Qualifications

• PM experience across multiple subject areas.
• Strong data analysis to research problems and derive answers.
• Experience with manufacturing control systems and customer management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistency and scalability of service models across shared platforms.
• Improve service workflows, tooling, calibration processes, and parts strategies.
• Partner with engineering on product updates (hardware, software, features).
• Assess and implement impacts to serviceability, training, and spare parts.
• Maintain and evolve PSPs using field data to refine cost, reliability, and PM strategies.
• Translate field feedback into engineering improvements and service solutions.
• Develop scalable training and documentation for shared infrastructure.
• Lead BKMs, troubleshooting flows, and knowledge systems.
• Support targeted installs and upgrades to validate and improve service processes.
