Job summary

KLA SPTS seeks an enthusiastic NPI Engineer - Product Support to lead service strategy for new products across Etch, PVD, CVD and Release Etch portfolios. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Global Service to ensure service readiness and smooth deployment.

Role involves building PSPs, SRRs and COS models, delivering training using AR and knowledge-capture tools, and supporting beta installs while driving continuous improvement. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

MSc or BSc degree with relevant work experience.
Experience in Systems/Electrical/Mechanical or NPI/Process Engineer role.
Strong analytic and data analysis skills.
Knowledge of industry standard problem solving methodologies and models.
Up to 30% travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop a service strategy covering cost of service modelling, reliability modelling, retrofits, IP protections, calibrations and PM optimizations.
Build product service education and knowledge across the PSO with training, AR and knowledge capture tools.
Create PSP, SRR, DFS and COS models with engineering, marketing, finance and service teams.
Coordinate with Spares Planning to mitigate service supply chain risks and close known issues.
Support beta installs, audit procedures, update documents and address training gaps.
