Qualifications

• Experience with PCBA and leading a manufacturing or production team.
• Experience in a NPI and NPD role within electronics assembly.
• Experience in the use of ERP/MRP systems, preferable SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NPI Development team and ensure quality of new parts.
• Work to ensure design concepts can be manufactured cost-effectively.
• Oversee prototype builds and participate in PFMEAs and DFMEs.

Skills

PCBA experience

Leadership in manufacturing

NPI/NPD experience

ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferable)

Knowledge of PCB assembly techniques

Education

Engineering degree or equivalent
