A leading home products company is seeking an NPD Project Leader for a 12-month contract in Cheltenham. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative shower products. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of NPD project management experience, strong budgeting skills, and be proficient in MS Project. This role offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working environment.

If you can go that extra mile & are comfortable with challenging concepts and ideas to ensure we can develop the optimum products to time, cost & spec, then we may have the ideal role for you. We are looking for more than just excellent projects managers to join Mira’s Digital & Electrical showering categories, within our industry leading New Product Development team.
The right candidate will lead a cross functional team to deliver exciting new products to the UK showers market, into the Programme Team. They will be accountable for and have ownership of the delivery of new products from kick-off to project closure. This could be multiple smaller projects to complex large projects, delivering to time, cost and quality measures developed by them and their cross functional team.
The successful individual will be a self-starter who proactively drives to beat stretch targets, bringing their team along with them. They will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of project delivery in an NPD environment with an ability to look beyond their day-to-day role and understand how it supports the wider business strategy.
