Job summary

Manpower is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to support the Nordic market within the Customer Service team. This remote role involves handling orders, inquiries, and customer interactions while delivering exceptional service in line with SLAs.

You will own queries, drive first-contact resolution, and support cross-functional teams with customer insights across multiple Nordic regions. Fluency in English and Swedish is essential, with additional Nordic languages a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role (telephone-based preferred).
• Fluent in English and Swedish; other Nordic languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-first mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, enquiries, and complaints via telephone and email.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications effectively.
• Maintain SLA performance and contribute to EMEA KPI targets.
• Log and manage customer interactions accurately using CRM systems.
• Manage manual processes for failed EDI and eCommerce orders.
• Support automation initiatives and process improvements across systems.
• Handle credit and debit note processing and account amendments.
• Manage returns and recall processes in line with procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support commercial, sales, and marketing teams with customer insights and service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and business initiatives.
