Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Representative for a fully remote role based in the UK. You will handle customer inquiries, assist contractors with onboarding, and manage renewals, acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts.

The role requires fluency in English and Norwegian, solid customer service experience, and a proactive, KPI-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Based in the UK and fluent in English and Norwegian.
• At least 2 years in customer support or service.
• At least 1 year in a contact centre.
• At least 1 year of work-from-home experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
• KPI-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.
• Support new contractors with account registration, onboarding and platform activation.
• Guide customers through compliance requirements and onboarding milestones.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of contractor accounts and maintain satisfaction.
• Contact existing customers regarding subscription renewals and continued use of the platform.
• Identify opportunities to support retention and new customer onboarding.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
• Monitor onboarding progress and renewal activity against KPIs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve the customer experience.
