Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Nordic-speaking Customer Service Representative for a remote contract role in Berkshire. You will act as the first point of contact for customers across Nordic regions, handling orders, enquiries and complaints by telephone and email.

You will use CRM systems to log interactions, maintain records, and pursue first-contact resolution while meeting service level agreements. Strong English and Nordic language skills are essential for excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role (telephone-based preferred).
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Other Nordic languages would be of interest.
• Strong written and spoken communication; proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, enquiries, and complaints via telephone and email.
• Log and manage customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Maintain SLA performance and contribute to KPI targets.
• Handle returns, credits, and account amendments as required.
• Provide customer insights to support sales and marketing teams.
