Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an established international business on a fully remote basis. Applicants must be UK-based; remote work is UK-only.

You will manage contractor accounts, assist with registration, onboarding, compliance and renewals, while delivering excellent customer service in both English and Swedish. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in customer support, 1+ year in a contact centre, and 1+ year of remote work experience,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Swedish (read/write/speak).
• Based in the UK.
• At least 2 years in customer support or service.
• At least 1 year in a contact centre.
• At least 1 year work-from-home experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.
• Support new contractors with account registration, onboarding and platform activation.
• Guide customers through compliance requirements and onboarding milestones.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of contractor accounts and renewals.
• Contact existing customers regarding subscription renewals and retention.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete administrative tasks.
• Monitor engagement, onboarding progress and renewal activity against KPIs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience.
