Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting a Remote Nordic Language Speaking Customer Service Representative to support the Nordic market within the Customer Service – Vision team. This 6-month agency assignment offers full-time hours and a customer-focused role handling orders, enquiries and interactions with a strong emphasis on first-contact resolution.

You will work in a high-volume environment, using SAP and CRM systems with English and Swedish as preferred languages.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles, preferably telephone-based.
• Fluent in English and Swedish; other Nordic languages a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, enquiries, and complaints via telephone and email.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
• Maintain SLA performance and contribute to KPI targets.
• Log and manage customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Handle manual processes for failed EDI and eCommerce orders.
• Support automation initiatives and process improvements across systems.
• Handle credit/debit note processing and account amendments.
• Manage returns and recalls in line with procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Support commercial, sales and marketing with customer insights.
