Job description

We are hiring a part-time Qualified Accountant or an individual with comparable financial expertise to act as an investor-side Board Observer for a fast‑growing FCA‑regulated treasury management fintech in London W1.

The purpose of the appointment is to provide independent oversight, acting as a watchdog at Board level to ensure robust accounting practices and financial governance, while remaining independent of the day‑to‑day management team.

Commitment

47 hours per month.

Location

Hybrid (board meeting every 2 months).

Role

Light‑touch oversight, reviewing treasury flows, financial MI & controls.

Retainer: £750£950 per month
