Job Overview:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions supporting the nation's critical infrastructure. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex, essential work to ensure connectivity and protection 24/7.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team.
2. Resolve incidents in accordance with procedures and meet KPIs.
3. Work as part of a 24/7 shift rota.
4. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding per KPIs.
5. Create and manage network incident tickets from customer reports.
6. Action Service Requests and allocate/despatch tickets to support teams and service providers.
7. Manage incident tickets with updates and communication.
8. Coordinate traffic management with relevant teams and providers.
9. Communicate with customers regarding network incidents.
10. Collaborate with utility companies regarding power-related network issues.

Candidate Profile:

Experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably in a NOC environment.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
