Job Description:

Join Telent's Engineering Team to support critical infrastructure. As a NOC Technician, you'll provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution according to procedures and KPIs. The role involves working in a 24/7 shift rota.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, respond in line with KPIs.
2. Create incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Assign tickets to support teams and service providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management and liaise with utility companies and customers.

Qualifications:

Experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment. Skills in 1st Line diagnostics, incident resolution, good communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
