Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 (On-site in London, UK)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts to make a significant impact. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, based at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens.
• Perform planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Maintain SISS assets and ensure station communication faults are reported and resolved.
• Use field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data.
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates and fault resolutions.

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role is suitable for hands-on individuals who enjoy multi-tasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background.
• Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness.
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Availability to work nights at Pirin Court Service Centre.
