Job Description:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician provides administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution according to procedures and meeting contractual KPIs. The role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

What you’ll do:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
• Create incident tickets from customer reports.
• Action Service Requests.
• Allocate and dispatch tickets to support and engineering teams.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Organize traffic management, coordinating with providers and field resources.
• Communicate incident updates to customers.
• Coordinate with utility companies during power-related network issues.

Who you are:

Experienced in supporting enterprise and service provider networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills across all seniority levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
