Join Telent's Engineering Team as a NOC Technician and be part of a high-performing team working on critical infrastructure. You will support the NOC engineering team by resolving incidents, managing tickets, and coordinating traffic management in a 24/7 shift environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
• Create incident tickets from customer reports.
• Action Service Requests and allocate tickets to support teams.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Coordinate traffic management activities.
• Communicate with customers and utility companies regarding network issues.

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment, is required. You should have experience with 1st line diagnostics, incident resolution, and good communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is also essential.
