Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent, where you'll be empowered to innovate and develop solutions, collaborating closely with technical experts committed to their impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex and critical tasks to build and maintain the nation's critical infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and protection 24/7.

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician supports the NOC engineering team administratively, ensuring incidents are resolved per procedures and meet contractual KPIs. The role requires working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and emails, adhering to KPIs.
• Create incident tickets based on customer reports.
• Process Service Requests.
• Assign tickets to support teams, field engineers, and service providers.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Coordinate traffic management activities with relevant teams and providers.
• Communicate incident updates to customers.
• Coordinate with utility companies regarding power-related network issues.

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills across all seniority levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
