Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working alongside technical experts committed to their impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex and critical tasks, helping to maintain the nation's critical infrastructure connectivity and security 24/7.

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incidents are resolved per procedures and KPIs. This role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

What you’ll do:
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
  • Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
  • Action Service Requests.
  • Assign tickets to support teams and service providers.
  • Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
  • Coordinate traffic management with relevant teams and providers.
  • Update customers on network incidents.
  • Coordinate with utility companies during power-related network issues.
Who you are:

Experienced in supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of seniority.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
