Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts committed to their impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex, critical tasks to maintain the nation's infrastructure connectivity and security 24/7.

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. The role requires working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
2. Create network incident tickets based on customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Assign tickets to support groups and service providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management activities.
7. Communicate with customers about network incidents.
8. Collaborate with utility companies during power-related network issues.

Who you are:

Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably in a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills for liaising at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
