Job Description:

Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and develop solutions that impact critical infrastructure. As a NOC Technician, you will support the NOC engineering team by managing incidents, supporting network operations, and ensuring contractual KPIs are met. This role involves working on a 24/7 shift rota to maintain connectivity and security of national networks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
• Create and manage network incident tickets based on customer reports.
• Action Service Requests and allocate tickets to support teams.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Coordinate traffic management and liaise with utility companies during network issues.
• Communicate with customers regarding incident status.

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
